Products and availability

Our products are refurbished or pre-owned devices unless clearly stated otherwise. Product images, grading descriptions, storage, colours, battery condition, accessories, and stock availability should be checked before purchase.

We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud checks fail, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery, taxes, or other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout. Payment and order status are recorded in Shopify, and order confirmation is sent using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery options and estimated times are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring someone can receive the parcel where a signature or secure delivery is required.

Returns and warranty

Consumer returns are covered by our 30-day returns policy and your statutory rights. Refurbished devices are also covered by our 12-month limited warranty.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape at unreasonable scale, submit malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
